The Staff is knowledgeable, they educated us on things we didn’t know about our pet, they were friendly, seemed to genuinely care about the needs of our pet and our concerns. They even did a follow-up call checking up on our Madiba. Their recommendations are working, his ailments are starting to disappear. Overall we love this place!!! We give it twenty stars.
These people literally go to the end of the earth and back for the animals. My pets are family to me and they truly take the time to do all they can do for the ANIMALS. It may not be at the exact time people may want or done a certain way for an owner, but at the end of the day, they take very good care of my furry family, I would rather wait on hold for hours if it means my fur baby will be ok.
