World of Animals at Mayfair is OPEN 6 days a week, including weeknight hours till 6 pm and Saturday hours until 1 pm. We welcome clients and their pets to our easy-to-locate Northeast Philadelphia clinic.

Cancellation Policy

We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Please understand that appointment times are limited. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you provide at least a 24 notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Review our policy below regarding missed appointments and multiple kitten and puppies’ appointments:

  • The first time a client misses an appointment on a weekday, we will make a note in your file and mail a letter.
  • The next future missed appointments; will require a deposit of $30 over the phone for scheduling the next appointment. This deposit will be applied towards your invoice during the time of service.
  • Due to the high demand in scheduling on a weekend; If 1 appointment is missed, we will require a deposit of $30 over the phone for scheduling the next appointment. This deposit will be applied towards your invoice during the time of service.
  • Multiple kitten and puppy pet appointment will require a deposit of the exam fee(s) + $5 per pet. This deposit will go towards your invoice. If the appointment is missed the exam visit deposit will not be refunded back however the $5 per pet is refundable.
    • $59 for first 4 Kittens or Puppies
    • $51 additional 4 Kittens or Puppies etc.

Example 10 puppies= $59(1st 4)+$51(2nd 4)+51(remaining 2)+$50 ($5 per pet) =$211

If you do not provide a 24 hours’ notice for cancelling or rescheduling, or you no showed, the exam fee is non-refundable. The remaining amount will be refunded back to your card. This refund is not automatic we will need to communicate with you.  If you are unavailable to take our call for the refund, the remaining deposit will be left as a credit on your account.

The deposit amount will be applied to your invoice however it is non-refundable if you cancel less than 24 hours or do not show, a new deposit will be required to book futures appointment.

We understand unforeseen circumstances in life, if you cannot make this appointment, please contact the clinic at 215-624-8433 or by replying to mayfair@wofainc.com so we may open it up to other patients in need of care. We greatly appreciate your service and understanding of our limited daily appointments.
